Workflow

The process becomes a drawing - and the ticket follows the drawing

Every support team has processes that depend on someone remembering the right order: the task that comes before the approval, the ticket that must be opened for another team, the step that cannot be skipped. Workflow turns that process into a visual BPMN-style flow bound to the ticket category - the ticket is created and the flow starts on its own, creating tasks and enforcing each step in the drawn order.

Features

Visual BPMN-style builder: tasks, approvals, child tickets, decisions and parallel paths

Automatic triggering by ticket category, with extra conditions and manual start

Native approval with per-step quorum and ticket status controlled by the flow

Per-step deadline in working hours, with a time report that spans tickets

Immutable published versions - tickets in progress never change rules midway

Banner and "Flows" tab in the ticket: journey, current step and owner, also for the requester

How it works

Step 1

Draw the flow

Drag activities, gateways and events onto the diagram and configure each element with a double click: task template, approval template, decision rules, outcomes.

Step 2

Publish a version

Publishing validates the drawing - nothing loose, every port with a path - and freezes an immutable version. Activate the flow and set the category that triggers it.

Step 3

Track the execution

New tickets in the category enter the flow on their own. The "Flows" tab shows the journey, times and approvals; the per-step time report crosses tickets and teams.
