Terms applicable to the institutional website nextoolsolutions.com. Contracting and use of the Customer Portal (app.nextoolsolutions.com) are governed by the Portal Terms of Use, and the processing of personal data by the ecosystem's unified Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the website nextoolsolutions.com ("Site"), operated by NexTool Soluções, CNPJ no. 38.239.534/0001-48 ("NexTool", "we" or "our"), you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is informational in nature and aims to present NexTool's services, plugins and solutions. The information is provided in good faith and does not constitute a binding offer. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may suspend, modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

The NexTool brand, the logo, the Site design and the published content (texts, images, blog articles, graphic materials) are owned by NexTool Soluções or licensed to it. Blog content may be shared with attribution of the source, provided it is not used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

The NexTool plugins for GLPI are distributed under the GPL-3.0 license. Contracting and licensing of the modules are governed by the Portal Terms of Use. With regard to the software, the GPL-3.0 license governs the code (use, study, copying, modification and redistribution) and the Portal Terms of Use govern the associated services (contracting, module licenses, distribution, updates and support); in the event of a conflict concerning the code, the GPL-3.0 prevails.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

• provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information in the available forms;
• use the Site lawfully and in accordance with applicable legislation;
• not submit offensive content, spam or false information through the contact form;
• not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, including attacks, intentional overload or exploitation of vulnerabilities.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NexTool is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site.

Plugins and modules. The NexTool plugins and modules for GLPI are provided "as is", within the limits of the GPL-3.0 license and the law, with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted or error-free operation. For free modules, NexTool assumes no liability beyond what the law imposes. For paid ones, NexTool's total liability is limited to the amount paid to it in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. In no case does it cover loss of profits or indirect damages. These limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to what the law does not allow to be excluded; in consumer relationships, they apply only to the extent permitted by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. 6. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party services (for example, meeting scheduling via Microsoft Bookings and social networks). These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement of or liability for the content or privacy practices of the destination sites.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data carried out through this Site is governed by the unified Privacy Policy, available at nextoolsolutions.com/politica-de-privacidade, an integral part of these Terms.

8. NexTool plugin and licensing

The NexTool plugin for GLPI communicates with NexTool's infrastructure to validate the environment's license and to distribute modules and updates. Only technical data about the installation travels in this communication, as described in section 3.3 of the Privacy Policy; without it, licensing and module distribution do not work. NexTool's cloud services linked to the customer's GLPI, such as using GLPI through Telegram and the artificial intelligence features through the cloud, have their own processing, described in section 3.4 of the same Policy and in the contract with the customer. The plugin's Support button opens a request on the Portal and, if the administrator authorizes it, also sends a technical report of the environment, as described in section 3.3 of the same Policy.

9. NexTool MCP (AI connector for GLPI)

NexTool MCP for GLPI is the service hosted at mcp.nextoolsolutions.com that links an artificial intelligence assistant to your GLPI. It is used with your Portal account and is governed by the Portal Terms of Use, supplemented by this section. Data processing is described in the NexTool MCP section of the Privacy Policy.

• Acceptable use: connect only GLPI instances you are authorized to access, using credentials issued to you or to a dedicated user under your responsibility, preferably with the minimum permissions required. You may not use the service to access systems without authorization, circumvent access controls or limits, overload GLPI or the service, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Responsibility for actions: the AI assistant acts on your behalf, with the permissions of the GLPI user whose credential you registered. You are responsible for the actions carried out through the assistant, including those that change data, and for reviewing and confirming them. AI can make mistakes: check the result. We recommend read-only mode in production environments.
• Usage limits: the service applies limits on connections and requests per minute according to the plan, as well as limits per target GLPI and on the delivery network. Delete tools are not available in the hosted version. We may suspend keys, authorizations or accounts in case of abuse or security risk.
• Beta service: the hosted version is in beta and is free during the beta. Features, limits and plans may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued; we will announce relevant changes through the available channels. During the beta, the service is provided as is, and section 5 applies.
• AI assistant: the assistant you choose (Claude, ChatGPT or another) is a third-party service governed by its provider's terms. We are not responsible for how it works or for how it processes the data it receives.
• Trademarks: NexTool MCP for GLPI is not affiliated with Teclib'. GLPI is a registered trademark of Teclib'.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The changes take effect after publication on the Site. Continued use after publication implies agreement with the version in force.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the Comarca de São João del-Rei/MG are elected, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
