The bell is also the alert center for NexTool modules. When an integration goes down or a service stops, the responsible module reports it there, as WhatsApp Bot does when the WhatsApp connection drops. Repeated alerts become a single line, critical alerts turn the bell red until they are read and, when the problem is resolved, a green notice clears the red alert on its own. Only people with permission in the sending module receive it. And if NexTool's automatic routines stop running, administrators get a critical notice that cannot be turned off, repeated every 6 hours until the problem is fixed.

Each person chooses which notification types to receive (mandatory NexTool failure notices always stay on), dismisses what does not matter and can clear the whole list. The bell refreshes at the configured interval, pauses when the tab is inactive and syncs read/unread state across tabs open in the same browser. In ticket lists, red dots show which items have unread notifications, and in the simplified interface requesters can also follow their own notifications.

Anyone with the permission to publish notices can send announcements from the Notices tab to all users, one user, one group or one entity, with distinct priorities and sounds for each level. People who administer NexTool also receive NexTool's official announcements in the bell.
