Smart Notify adds a notification bell to the GLPI navigation bar and automatically aggregates 11 event sources: follow-ups, pending validations, assigned tasks, recorded solutions and documents attached to tickets, problems and changes. Everything in one place.

How it works
Step 1
Activate and configure
Enable Smart Notify in the module catalog and set polling interval, retention and active event sources.
Step 2
Personalize per user
Each technician accesses the preferences modal from the bell dropdown to enable/disable notification types.
Step 3
Receive in real time
The navbar bell displays the unread count with animation. Clicking opens a dropdown listing all notifications grouped by ITIL item.
