How it works

Step 1

Create the bot on Telegram

Use BotFather on Telegram to create a new bot and obtain the API token. Paste the token in the plugin settings in GLPI.

Step 2

Users link their accounts

Each user sends the /link command to the bot, which requests the GLPI login to associate with the chat_id.

Step 3

Configure the notifications

Define which events generate notifications for each user profile (technician, manager, requester) in the plugin settings.
