Control who can do what in each external system
Access Matrix centralizes external system access control in GLPI. Register integrated systems and modules, define the role source and configure a visual CRUD checkbox matrix per role.

Passo 1
Register systems
Add external systems and their submodules with name, description and active/inactive status.
Passo 2
Define role source
Choose which GLPI user field represents the role: Category, Title or Default Group.
Passo 3
Configure the matrix
Select a role and check/uncheck CRUD boxes for each system and module.
