Ticket Tracker automatically records every ticket view in GLPI with no manual action. Whenever a user opens a ticket, the module increments the counter and updates the last visit timestamp.

How it works
Step 1
Activate the module
Enable Ticket Tracker in the NexTool catalog. Tracking starts immediately for all accessed tickets.
Step 2
Views recorded automatically
Every time a user opens a ticket, the system records who, when and how many times they accessed it.
Step 3
Check the Views tab
Open any ticket and click the Views tab to see the full viewer table with counts and timestamps.
