Supply control directly in the GLPI ticket
The Stock Management module connects ticket handling to materials control. When the use of a supply is recorded in a ticket – a replaced part, a swapped cable, a used cartridge – GLPI's native stock is debited automatically, without needing parallel systems.

How it works
Step 1
Register supplies in GLPI
Use GLPI's native supply management to register items and their initial balances. The plugin uses this data automatically.
Step 2
Record consumption in the ticket
During the service, the technician selects the supplies used directly in the ticket form. The deduction occurs upon saving.
Step 3
Track balances in real time
Each item's balance is updated instantly. Minimum alerts are displayed if stock is critically low.
