Order Service generates professional Service Order PDF documents from ticket data in GLPI with a single click. The document includes requester details, problem description, assigned technician, involved equipment and space for a signature.

How it works
Step 1
Configure the template
In the plugin panel, upload the logo and define which ticket fields will be displayed in the SO (requester, date, equipment, etc.).
Step 2
Generate the SO in the ticket
In the ticket, click 'Generate Service Order'. The PDF is created instantly with the current ticket data.
Step 3
Print or send digitally
The PDF is available as an attachment in the ticket. Print it for on-site visits or send it to the customer by email.
