How it works
Activate the plugin
No mandatory configuration. After activation, Pending Survey automatically monitors pending surveys per user.
User tries to open a ticket
When accessing the portal and trying to create a new ticket, the plugin checks whether there are unanswered satisfaction surveys.
Blocking and redirection
If there is a pending survey, a clear message is displayed and the user is directed to the evaluation screen before proceeding.
