Mail Interactions enables approvers and end users to interact with GLPI directly via email – without needing to log in. A manager can approve or reject a ticket validation with a simple click on a button in the received email.

How it works
Configure the email templates
Customise the approval and satisfaction survey email templates with your company's branding and desired content.
Email is sent automatically
When a validation is created or a ticket is closed, the plugin sends the email to the correct recipient with the action link.
User acts via email
Without needing to log in, the recipient clicks the action button (Approve, Reject or rating stars). The token guarantees identity.
