Mail Analyzer examines each email received by GLPI's mail collectors and determines whether it is a new request or a reply to an existing ticket. This eliminates the classic problem of auto-replies and email chains generating dozens of duplicate tickets in the queue.

How it works
Step 1
Install and activate the plugin
No mandatory configuration. Mail Analyzer begins analysing incoming emails immediately after activation.
Step 2
Emails are analysed on arrival
Each email received by the collector is analysed before becoming a ticket. The plugin checks for duplicate, reply and automation patterns.
Step 3
Duplicates are blocked
Emails identified as duplicates or auto-replies are discarded or linked to the original ticket, without creating a new one.
