Multi-level approvals made simple in GLPI
Approval Flow automates chained approval workflows by ticket category. Define as many approval levels as needed – direct manager, area director, IT committee – and the plugin takes care of notifying each approver in the correct sequence.

How it works
Step 1
Configure the workflow by category
In the plugin panel, create an approval workflow and link it to GLPI categories. Define the levels and the approvers for each one.
Step 2
Ticket enters the workflow automatically
When a ticket in the configured category is opened, Approval Flow automatically creates the validations in the defined sequence.
Step 3
Approvers are notified
Each approver receives an email and, if configured, a Telegram message with Approve and Reject buttons.
