WhatsApp Bot connects GLPI to WhatsApp via Evolution API, enabling ticket notifications to be delivered directly to the most widely used messaging app in Brazil. Ticket creation, technician reply, status change and closure – all on the user's WhatsApp.

How it works
Step 1
Configure the Evolution API
Enter the URL and token of your Evolution API instance in the plugin settings. Test the connection to validate.
Step 2
Register users' numbers
Fill in the WhatsApp number in each GLPI user's profile, or use bulk import via CSV.
Step 3
Choose the events
Select which events generate notifications (creation, reply, closure, etc.) and for which profiles (requester, technician, manager).
