Ticket Flow

Recurring tickets created automatically in GLPI

Ticket Flow eliminates the manual work of creating repetitive tickets. Set up complete ticket templates – with predefined title, description, category, assignee and priority – and define the conditions that trigger automatic creation: scheduling, system event or manual trigger.

Features

Complete ticket templates with all fields

Scheduled creation (daily, weekly, monthly, custom)

Triggers based on GLPI events

Dynamic variables in templates (date, user, entity)

Batch creation with multiple tickets per execution

Complete execution log for auditing

How it works

Step 1

Create the template

Define all ticket fields: title, description, category, assigned group, priority and any custom fields.

Step 2

Configure the trigger

Choose when the ticket should be created: at a specific date/time, on a recurring schedule or triggered by a GLPI event.

Step 3

Activate the rule

With the rule active, Ticket Flow monitors the triggers and creates tickets automatically, without human intervention.
