How it works

Step 1

Configure the webhook

Define the destination URL, HTTP method (POST, PUT), authentication headers and which GLPI fields will be included in the payload.

Step 2

Associate with the event

Choose which GLPI event triggers the webhook: ticket creation, status change, new validation, closure, among others.

Step 3

Event occurs in GLPI

When the configured event happens, the plugin fires the webhook in real time with the defined payload.
