How it works

Step 1

Configure the API key

Open the AI Assist panel and enter the API key of your chosen provider (OpenAI or Google Gemini). No other configuration is required.

Step 2

Open a ticket

On any GLPI ticket, the 'Summarise with AI' button appears automatically in the follow-up action bar.

Step 3

Receive the summary and suggestion

The plugin sends the ticket history to the model and displays, within seconds, a structured summary and a reply suggestion ready to edit or send.
