The Mercado Eletrônico module connects GLPI to the Mercado Eletrônico (ME) procurement platform: from a ticket, the agent builds the purchase requisition and submits it directly for quotation in ME, eliminating duplicate approvals and the rework of re-entering orders.

How it works

Step 1

Connect and sync the catalog

Enter the Mercado Eletrônico API credentials and synchronize the catalog (products, groups, suppliers, users, and branches) into GLPI.

Step 2

Build the requisition on the ticket

In the "ME Requisition" tab of the ticket, select the group and product, the approver, the delivery branch, and the category. The estimated total is calculated in real time.

Step 3

Submit and track

Submit the requisition directly for quotation in ME. The confirmation returns via webhook and the status is kept in sync automatically.
