The "ME Requisition" tab on the ticket holds the requester and the approver, the delivery branch, the category, the cost center, the ledger account and the items, with a Group → Product cascade and line totals and a grand total calculated in real time. The ME catalog (products, groups, suppliers, users, cost centers and ledger accounts) is synchronized into GLPI, and the cost center and ledger account reach ME as Cost Objects, the same as when the requisition is created manually in the portal.

After submission, the ticket shows the ME lifecycle: requisition, pre-order, quotation and order, with status, amounts, dates and history, updated automatically by ME webhooks and a reconciliation routine. When the buyer combines requisitions from several tickets into one quotation or order, the document appears on all of those tickets, marked as shared. If ME does not accept the requisition, it is marked as failed and goes back for correction and resubmission. The module's Requests tab lists every requisition created from tickets, with search and filters. In GLPI's ticket search, ME filters and columns show each ticket's ME stage (no requisition, draft, requisition sent, in quotation, pre-order or order), the requisition, quotation and order numbers, the supplier, the amount and the cost center: you can see which tickets are stuck in quotation without opening them one by one.
