The main questions about how we work in consulting, cloud, integrations, automation and IT governance.

Aligned with our delivery process: we start with a consulting session to understand your pain points and needs. Then, we conduct a discovery (typically 5 to 10 days) to map workloads, integrations, risks and objectives. We deliver a prioritized plan with quick wins, a technical backlog and investment estimates for cloud, automation and compliance.

We operate environments on AWS and Azure and implement or maintain tools such as Docker, n8n, GLPI, Metabase, Zabbix, Grafana, Authentik, Vaultwarden, Portainer, Nginx Proxy Manager and MySQL/Percona databases. We connect everything via REST APIs, events and pipelines with observability and governance.

We use monitoring and alerts (for example with Zabbix and Grafana) and response playbooks. We periodically review costs, performance and security controls, aligned with practices such as ISO 27001, ITIL 4 and COBIT – in line with our consulting and compliance offering.

We work on a project or monthly retainer basis. We define SLAs according to criticality, document runbooks and share playbooks and dashboards so your team gains autonomy after implementation – in line with the delivery and warranty stage of our process.

Implementation includes installation, configuration, integration with directories (LDAP/AD), plugins and team training. The timeline varies depending on scope: smaller projects take 2 to 4 weeks; full implementations with integrations and customizations can take 6 to 12 weeks. We work with help desk and ITSM (including GLPI), ERP, CRM and other SaaS.

Yes. We offer remote technical support via monthly retainer or on-demand: fixes, updates, configuration adjustments, troubleshooting and workflow evolution. Service is provided via tickets with SLA defined according to the criticality of your environment. We work with GLPI, n8n, Docker, Grafana, Zabbix and other tools.

We apply frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL 4 and COBIT to map processes, identify gaps and propose controls. We deliver policy documentation, runbooks and prioritized action plans. The work can be one-time (audit, gap analysis) or ongoing (monitoring and control evolution).

Yes. We develop custom integrations and customizations: new tabs, workflows, external APIs, reports and automation. For GLPI, we have the NexTool hub with ready-made modules and we handle specific demands – from adjustments to existing plugins to building solutions from scratch. We also work with n8n, Metabase, Grafana and other platforms.
