Barcode
Asset tag labels printed straight from GLPI
Barcode generates Code 128 barcode or QR Code labels for computers, monitors, printers, network equipment, peripherals and phones. You filter the native GLPI list, select the assets and print the label sheet from the browser, with no separate label program.
Features
Each label carries the asset's inventory number; without it, the serial number; without both, the GLPI type and ID. The code is always built by the server from the asset record, so what gets printed matches what is in the inventory.
Reusable templates per entity store format, size in millimeters and the fields shown, and the installation already includes two ready examples: 50x25 mm with Code 128 and 60x40 mm with QR Code.
How it works
Choose the template
Adjust the default label or create templates per entity with format, size and the fields that should appear.
Select the assets
In the Computers, Printers or another asset list, filter, select the items and use the Print labels bulk action.
Check the preview and print from the browser. The sheet comes out with the labels only, without the GLPI menus.
