Do you integrate systems from different vendors?
Yes. We work vendor-agnostic: if the system has a REST API, GraphQL, webhook or even file exchange, we can integrate it. We have connected ERP, CRM, e-commerce, HR, identity and monitoring tools to each other.
Do I need to buy an integration platform?
No. We use n8n (open source, which can run on your own infrastructure) and direct API connectors. You are not locked into an expensive iPaaS license or a single vendor.
How do you avoid duplicate or lost data during sync?
Each flow is idempotent and has a correlation key, automatic retries and an audit log. If a record fails validation, it is queued for review without blocking the rest or duplicating what already came in.
Can an e-commerce order become an ERP order automatically?
Yes, that is a classic case. The e-commerce webhook triggers the flow, the order is validated and transformed into the ERP format, stock and finance are updated, and any discrepancy raises an alert for the team - all without manual typing.
