Handwritten signature on PDF without leaving GLPI
Signature Pad lets technicians and end users sign documents with a finger or mouse directly on the GLPI screen. The signature is embedded in the PDF – whether it is a service order generated by Order Service or any document attached to the ticket.

How it works
Step 1
Open the document in the ticket
In the ticket, select the PDF (a service order generated by Order Service or any attachment) and click 'Collect Signature'.
Step 2
Present to the signatory
The signature panel opens in full screen. The user or customer signs with a finger, stylus or mouse in the dedicated field.
Step 3
Confirm and save
After confirmation, the signature is inserted into the PDF and the finalised document is saved as a new attachment in the ticket, preserving the original.
