Digital signing integrated into the GLPI ticket
The Autentique module connects GLPI to the Autentique digital signing platform, allowing contracts, terms and documents to be sent for signature directly from within the ticket – without exporting files or switching systems.

How it works
Step 1
Connect your Autentique account
Enter your Autentique account API token in the plugin settings. The integration is immediate.
Step 2
Attach and send for signature
In the ticket, select the attached document and add the signatories (name and email). The plugin creates the envelope in Autentique automatically.
Step 3
Track the status
The ticket panel shows in real time who has already signed, who is pending and the date of each signature.
